CEO & Chairman of the Board
Visionary entrepreneur backed by a robust tenure in company operations, investor relations, and corporate leadership, has a successful track record in founding and leading start-up companies. As the founder of PCI, a leading consumer product distribution company, Greg negotiated agreements with the nation’s largest retail outlets such as 7-11 (Southland Corp), Albertson’s, and Costco representing 25,000 retail accounts. Greg led PCI through a NASDAQ listed IPO, raising $10,000,000. Greg is a graduate of Western Washington University with a degree in marketing communications.
Since taking PCI public, Greg did a reverse merger in 2011 into a company now called Singlepoint. Greg resigned as Chairman/CEO/Director and spun out 1606 Corp (Doing Business AS 1606 Corp) as a public company from Singlepoint. Greg has now taken three companies public, raising millions of dollars in the process.
Austen started at Single Point working with the company in research and development with the solar and hemp subsidiaries.
After the spin-off from SinglePoint, he worked under the CEO at 1606 Corp in business development and acquisition. Austen then assumed the role of Vice President of Operations in June of 2021. Austen wears many hats at 1606 Corp including sales, marketing, and investor relations.
He attended the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with a focus on Sports Business.

Brent’s expertise includes direct marketing strategic planning, offer development, platform testing, and rollout. Brent has worked on, developed, and created well over 10,000 new customer lead generation and acquisitions programs for companies such as Time Warner Cable, AT&T, Fisher Investments, Marriott Vacation Club, AAG Reverse Mortgages, American Express Long Term Care, Cable One, American Standard, AAA Automotive, WellsFargo, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Bosley Hair Restoration, ABC’s SharkTank Kevin O’Leary, Robert Herjavec, Barbara Corcoran, HGTV’s – “The Property Brothers”. Guy Connor is a business development professional, with a successful track record of providing technology-based solutions and enterprise channel management for Fortune 1,000 companies for over 30 years. Throughout Guy’s tenure, he has worked across a multitude of vertical markets, Financial, Insurance, Healthcare, Package Goods, Technology, and Law Enforcement in business development, channel management, or a database architecture for enterprises in-country and overseas.
